Eddy Jung is a seasoned IC Product & UI/UX Design Lead at ByteDance, spearheading AI-driven vision and execution for the next generation of Lark’s UI and visual design, creating AI-powered solutions and shaping design direction for emerging generative AI tools in alignment with global trends and evolving user needs.

Prior to ByteDance, Eddy shaped mobile UI/UX strategy and championed user-centered digital transformation within Microsoft’s Employee Experience team, delivering cohesive and engaging enterprise solutions. He previously contributed to the , modernizing the UI and UX direction of Microsoft’s app portfolio with the Fluent Design System.

Earlier in his career, Eddy served as Senior Digital Designer at Philips, earning a Red Dot Award for his work on the Philips Sonicare app, and held key design roles at Samsung Electronics and Alpine Electronics, launching products that have reached millions of users worldwide.

With extensive experience across multiple countries, industries, and cross-functional teams, Eddy has developed a deep understanding of design leadership, cultural collaboration, and mentoring.

In his IC role, he continues to lead by example - directly shaping product experiences through hands-on design execution while influencing broader product strategy.
