Coze by Bytedance
As the design lead for Coze, I directed the concept design of a communication and meeting platform comparable to Microsoft Teams. The work focused on envisioning how people connect, collaborate, and share information in real-time, blending productivity and interaction into a unified experience.

My role included defining the core interaction models for messaging, meetings, and shared content spaces, as well as setting the visual direction to ensure clarity, accessibility, and a modern, cohesive brand feel. I worked closely with product managers, engineers, and user researchers to validate early concepts, prototype new workflows, and align the product vision with both business goals and user needs.
